Love love love!!!! the photo of my baby boy looks amazinggggg!

The items were good, but the return policy was not great,It cost more to return the product than the product itself as a result. I lost $85. But I was able to keep the product.

The board is covered in the company's logo for some stupid reason and you can see it around the edges of my picture. All this brand had to do was make a frame with a plain white board just like every other frame i've ever bought. Why they would think to do this is just beyond me.

Not true to size. Does not fit a 1000 piece puzzle as advertised. It is very cheap looking/feeling, not worth $30+ and cost over $10 to return it.

Frame quality is top notch. Frame and mat sizes were exactly as ordered. Shipping was exceptionally fast and was packaged with care.

Repeat customer. Love working with them. On this delivery the glass broke and they replaced it right away. I love being able to customize the frame to my art.

We needed these frames as we have 5grandchildren who graduated High School and 1 graduated college. We love to acknowledge thr accomplishments so we love having them up on the wall.

Nice quality frames. We used them for a couple of vintage automotive posters that we donated to a Porsche Club silent auction and everyone commented how great the frames looked. They really dressed up both posters, which were in grade “B” condition.

Upon receipt under the protective packaging there was a chip of paint off one corner. Their customer service was fantastic. I sent them a picture of the damaged corner and they immediately agreed to a partial refund, which appeared in my account within hours. I repaired the damage. The frame looks wonderful on the wall with my artwork. I will buy from them again.
