Would give zero stars if I could. This frame was absolutely not worth the price they charged, it's very cheaply made and flimsy. The plexi also came scratched even though it had film on it. Customer service refused to provide me with a prepaid shipping label, so I had $60 plus a restocking fee deducted from my refund. What a complete waste of money.

Well packaged and protected from shipping mishaps! box with two 21x29 inch frames arrived with a hole in it but the interior packaging provided ample protection. frames also came with hardware and cable to hang both frames.

The frame looks great, and the colors are perfect thanks to affordable samples of mats and frames. The only thing I didn't understand was the price jumping from the customization page once it was added to my cart.
