I ordered this product the first time. One side of the acrylic is covered with a hazy protection sheet. Makes it hard to see the front acrylic that isn't protected. Deep scratches in the front acrylic. Asked for a return and was sent a second one. SAME Issue! SCRATCHES in the unprotected acrylic. Not worth the trips I have to make to return it via UPS. Really disappointed as the reviews have been pretty good.

Love love love this photo of our six daughters and three sons and of course son in law on my daughter's wedding day! Looks great on our dining room wall!

Arrives always quickly. Annually, I order two or more for our graduating MDs. The quality is exceptional. It arrives intact.

The picture turned out and looked great. Pleased with the results. The one complaint I have is that I was specifically looking for a 14x18 picture. In the US that is 14 left to right and 18 up and down. Instead of following that logic, they will put 14lx18w instead of flipping the numbers around. So my fault for not catching it but it printed in a direction I wasn't expecting. Still is a good product though.

Despite "glass" being in both the description and reviews, this is most certainly NOT glass. Frame quality is mediocre at best, and if I'd wanted a plastic composite for the front, I would have ordered something different.

Frame was very nice.

I got these frames to fit euro posters 60cm x 80cm and they fit my posters perfectly. Well packaged, protective film was easy to take off the plexiglass, everything went back together snuggly but easily, and the instructions for adding the mounting hardware are available as a youtube on their website.
