The color of the matting in the frame was very different from what was shown in the photograph. Since it didn't match our wall color and since no other advertised color appealed to us, we decided to return the frame. Much to our surprise, however, the shipping cost to return the frame was almost as much as the frame itself. So we just kept the frame and put it in the basement. We won't order anything from this vendor again.

The wire supplied was not long enough.
The frame feels very flimsy. It feels like it will fill apart when you pick it up. You can see in the picture that the side looks a little bowed.
It also looks like the finish is applied via a colored tape or paper.

I loved the custom made frame! My diamond painting fit perfectly! Little long on the wait time for shipping, but it was ok, I was still working on the painting. Packing in the box was top notch! No way it was going to be damaged during shipping. All and all very pleased with my frame, and will buy again!

The frame is nice and solid and I love that I could find the unique size here. I struggled finding the size in stores. The frames were packaged so securing with wrap to keep them tight together, and they were like strapped inside the box to prevent any moving during transit. I was thoroughly impressed.
